Most small service businesses lose work for one boring reason. The phone rings while the owner is under a car, on a roof, or holding a dog in a tub, and the caller hangs up and dials the next name on the list.
AIR is a phone line that answers instead. It picks up on the first ring, day or night, talks to the caller in plain language, answers the ordinary questions about services and hours and pricing, books the job onto the calendar, and texts the owner the moment it happens.
Each line is set up for one business, using that business's own services, hours, service area and prices. It is not a voicemail box and it is not a call center.
We work with local service businesses in Long Beach and the greater Los Angeles area. Automotive, home services, trades, grooming and small clinics.
If you have booked a phone consultation with us, we send a small number of text reminders about that appointment so it does not get lost. You will have agreed to those on the phone first, and there are never more than four of them per appointment.
